What do healthy children, high school seniors preparing for college, and families living in affordable housing have in common? They all represent children, youth and families living in Prince George's County, Maryland where there are over 250,000 children, youth and young adults (half the size of the nation's capital) between the ages of 3 and 21. Most of these "students" are living fairly healthy lives, some are struggling and still others are experiencing tremendous difficulties; regardless of their current circumstances, they all deserve the best that we have to offer.

In Reach believes that all students should always be in reach of a quality education, opportunities in their communities for development and, ultimately, their dreams. In order for us to be successful at helping all students reach this goal, In Reach prepares them for college, work and life. It is our belief that when a student is taught how to be prepared, she or he will make better decisions.

In Reach envisions healthy, productive and prepared young adults in every family.
