Toni A. Smith, Founder & Executive Director
A passionate advocate, Toni has a long-standing commitment to children's issues and an intimate understanding of the wide array of social justice issues faced by children, youth and families.
She has worked in a variety of local and national youth advocacy nonprofit environments including The Forum for Youth Investment and the Department of Pediatrics at Howard University Hospital. Toni holds leadership roles in convening advocates and community organizing and has written numerous articles that have been published nationally and internationally.
Toni is passionate about improving the lives of children and youth, empowering women and girls to reach their full potential, and supporting the vital work of community-based nonprofit organizations.
Aaron Sisko, Board of Directors
Aaron has been a remarkable leader in the field of Education and Public Service.
Aaron currently works in the Workforce Services Industry, serving the citizens of Montgomery County Maryland. In this position, Aaron has increased the Work Performance Rate for Montgomery County by placing individuals into stable jobs and creating a platform of success for those that are served in the TANF program.
Kimberly Robinson, Board of Directors
Kimberly is a proven non-profit financial executive with over twenty-five years of progressive experience in guiding regional, national, and international non-profits through start-up, major renewal and growth.
Kimberly currently serves In Reach as Treasurer and board member. Kimberly’s passion is to help organizations effectively and efficiently achieve financial success through sound financial planning, budgeting, partnering with stakeholders, timely financial analysis, and reporting.
Kimberly holds a B. A. degree in Business Management and Economics from North Carolina State University.
