Toni A. Smith, Executive Director
Toni is a seasoned nonprofit executive, certified project management professional, and an inspiring speaker with a passion for empowering individuals and organizations to achieve meaningful impact.
With expertise in strategic leadership, program development, and stakeholder engagement, Toni offers a wealth of knowledge on topics such as nonprofit governance, equity-focused practices, and community partnerships. Her ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies has made her a sought-after speaker for workshops, panels, and conferences.
Toni has shared her insights on national platforms, including presentations for the National Afterschool Association, U.S. Department of Education webinars, and leadership symposia. Whether addressing educators, policymakers, or community leaders, she delivers engaging, impactful sessions that inspire positive change.

Randi Coward, Director of Programs and Strategic Initiatives
Randi is a strategic thinker whose entrepreneurial aspirations led her to gain hands-on experience in education. She has seven years of teaching experience in Prince George’s County Public Schools, where she enjoyed creating engaging, culturally responsive lessons, building relationships, and acting as a servant leader within her school community.
Randi was the Green School Coordinator, leading the school’s multiyear recertification process by increasing staff awareness, gathering evidence, and supporting schoolwide environmental education and student stewardship initiatives.
After leaving teaching, she completed an EdTech Innovation Fellowship at Arizona State University and has worked as a Product Owner at Strayer University.
