In Reach partners with the Posse Foundation, a national organization that identifies public high school students with extraordinary academic and leadership potential who may be overlooked by traditional college selection processes, to identify potential Posse scholars in Maryland's Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. The Foundation extends to these students the opportunity to pursue personal and academic excellence by placing them in supportive, multicultural teams - Posses - of 10 students. The foundation's partner universities and colleges award Posse Scholars four-year, full-tuition leadership scholarships. The six college and university partners are (visit each site to learn more):

Bucknell University - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania
Lafayette College - Easton, Pennsylvania
University of Rochester - New York
Sewanee: The University of the South - Tennessee
University of Wisconsin - Madison
Lewis & Clark College – Portland, Oregon

What student would not want to attend one of these institutions on a full scholarship and with a supportive network? Each year, In Reach can nominate 10 rising high school seniors! 10!  If you are a parent, guardian, school counselor, anyone who may know a student that can benefit from this opportunity, sign up for the Posse Scholars email list below to receive information for the 2022 application season.
