Youth Prepared for College + Work + Life
For over 25 years, In Reach, Inc. has been dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families through education and direct services. While our roots began with students in K–12 programs, today we collaborate with youth aged 16 to 24 — a critical period for shaping identity, building independence, and stepping into leadership.
By cultivating environments rich in partnerships, shared resources, and encouragement, we nurture the growth and success of youth, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive.
To empower youth to create lasting community impact, our strategic focus is built on two key initiatives: Learning + Literacy and Health + Well-Being. Our programs, including the Teens Talk Network and the Opportunity Knocks Career Mentoring Program, leverage these pillars to help youth discover their strength, elevate their voices, and develop the confidence and life skills they need to succeed.
Vision

We envision healthy, confident youth in every community, thriving.
Mission

In Reach believes in the limitless potential of youth ages 16–24. We champion their successful transition from high school into adulthood by fostering learning, well-being, and resilience, delivered through guidance and platforms for self-discovery and voice.
